How we got here

We flew first. Then we built.

Operations → problem → indigenous product → engineering capability → multi-sector platform. Not a pivot. Two years of capability compounding.

01 / 06Field operations — third-party platforms
  1. 2024

We were flying other people's drones.

Agri operations inside Salam Kisan. At scale, reliability, serviceability and turnaround became the bottleneck.

  2. 2024

    So we built our own.

Arjuna — designed around how we actually operate, instead of bending operations to fit a product.

  3. 2024–25

    Arjuna went to work.

Precision spraying at scale. Pilots, maintenance, payloads, field deployment — the whole ecosystem, not just the aircraft.

  4. 2025

    A product became a platform.

Airframes, flight systems, payload integration, autonomy. None of it was specific to spraying.

  5. 2025–26

    Configured per mission.

Surveillance, inspection, mapping, infrastructure — aircraft and payload built around the job.

  6. 2026

Defence was the next step, not a new one.

Higher bars on endurance, autonomy and mission readiness. The same engineering, pointed further.

Ways to work together

Flexible partnership structures

Two directional theses, not one vague partnership — different counterparties, different legal machinery, different timelines.
